How can we help?

Answers to common questions. Signed-in clients can message our team securely from the Messages center.

Accounts

How long does it take to open an account?+

Most applications are completed in under ten minutes. Identity verification is usually instant; some applications are reviewed by our team within one business day.

Can I buy stocks, ETFs or IPO shares?+

Not currently. Zenvex Capital provides market data and research for stocks, ETFs and IPOs. Zenvex Capital is not a broker-dealer, does not execute securities trades and does not provide IPO allocations.

Is there a minimum to open an account?+

No. There is no minimum to open or maintain a Zenvex Capital account. Each deposit network has its own minimum deposit, shown before you send.

Can I place orders?+

Not at the moment. Order execution will be offered only once a regulated execution partner is connected. Until then you can follow markets, keep watchlists and alerts, and use investment plans from your wallet.

Funding

When is my deposit credited?+

After the transaction reaches the required number of network confirmations and is verified. Until then it shows as pending in your wallet.

Do I need to verify my identity?+

Only to withdraw. You can explore markets, fund your account, and choose an investment plan with a confirmed email address.

Why is my withdrawal under review?+

Every withdrawal is reviewed by our operations team to protect you from fraud. The amount and network fee are held in your wallet until it's sent.

Trading

What's the difference between a market and a limit order?+

A market order executes promptly at the best available price. A limit order executes only at your limit price or better, and may not execute at all.

Can I cancel an order?+

Open orders that have not fully filled can be cancelled from the Orders page. Any unfilled portion is cancelled and reserved funds are released.

How is cost basis calculated?+

Cost basis includes the purchase price and fees. When you sell, the oldest units (first in, first out) are sold first by default.

Security

How do I enable two-factor authentication?+

Go to Settings → Security and follow the steps to add an authenticator app. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe.

I lost my authenticator device.+

Sign in using one of your recovery codes, then re-enroll a new device. If you have no recovery codes, contact support.
